Warranties

Refurbished Products

90-day warranty from day of purchase covering labor and excluding transit and parts costs as well as physical damage in transit or otherwise as well as additional damage caused by misuse or user error. Physical damage caused in shipping will require you to contact the shipping company responsible to open an insurance claim.

Warranty only covers boards that were reworked. If an issue arises unrelated to the work completed you will be responsible for paying to have the unit fixed. Customer is responsible for organizing and paying for transit both back to me and back to them once the repair is complete as well as any related parts costs. 

Repair Services

90-day warranty from day of final payment after a repair is completed covering labor and excluding transit and parts costs as well as physical damage in transit or otherwise as well as additional damage caused by misuse or user error. Due to the nature of vintage electronics, it is likely that any device which does not undergo a full restoration at time of service will develop additional issues within a couple of years if used regularly. I always recommend a full rebuild for this reason.

All sales are final. No returns of any kind are accepted.

Service Deposits

All deposits for holding a spot in the repair queue are non-refundable. If you no longer wish to have me work on your device, you forfeit the deposit. No exceptions.
